  17. I uploaded the file Gears.lwm to tomahawk.welch.jhu.edu.  This script
  18. will create gears of user specified radius, thickness, and number of
  19. teeth.  You can also pick angular (small # of polys) or smooth (large #
  20. of polys).

  22. It is useful for modeling bicycle freewheels and chainrings, parts for
  23. various machines, and other such items.

  25. This script might require Lightwave 3.5.  No promises about anything
  26. before that.

  30. PS - It is *really* nice to have a decent ARexx command set in the
  31. modeler.  Here's hoping the layout ARexx gets extended until it is
  32. similar in power.  I'd love to be able to set object attributes
  33. programmatically, among other things.  We could use some more query
  34. functions, also.
